Hello Alasair. I found a photo of yours via a Google search that I’d like to use for an educational presentation if possible. It is “labeled for reuse” but I wasn’t sure exactly what that meant so I am writing you to check if it’s okay to use in the context I am intending.
I would attribute it to you in my slide presentation. This presentation would first be shared as part of a live performance where I am speaking in front of the slides. Then this live performance will also be posted online afterwards, so the image would be part of that performance (ie. on the screen in the background).
Would this be a fair use in your mind? I would need to know quickly in order to use it (slides are due tonight).

I found the image here: http://sicklittlemonkey.deviantart.com/art/Chicago-Mirror-Ball-2-48765251 … and I hope to use it for my “Ignite” presentation called “More Passions, Not Fewer” (see here: http://dml2013.dmlhub.net/content/ignite-talks-2).

Thank you. All the best,
